What was the location of the business?

My entrepreneurial journey has been a lot of fun. Seven years ago, our digital marketing business started. With the support of two staff working from home, lots of passion and with a small team consisting of two dedicated members.

There was a need for the platform in question.

We were looking for a digital marketing agency for one of our businesses. There were gaps in the market for small businesses. Our goal was to bridge the gap and give our clients tailored solutions to establish a strong online presence. We support small and medium businesses to build their online presence. Our focus is always on strategy and operations to ensure that we align our efforts with the business goals of our clients.

digiDZN uses technological tools. Tell us about the technology used.

At digiDZN, we use various tools to streamline our operations and improve client communication.

  1. We use TRELLO for team networking, work distribution & management. Through Trello, we easily assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress, ensuring efficient project management.
  2. For lead management, we rely on Zoho CRM, enabling us to effectively track and nurture potential customers.
  3. For customer relationships, we are using FreshDesk. FreshDesk offers a centralized system to handle our customer inquiries, feedback, and support requests. With its ticketing system, we can efficiently manage and track customer interactions, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  4. Additionally, we have integrated a WhatsApp chatbot into our system, simplifying communication with clients and making it more convenient for both parties involved.

How is technology helping you to grow your business?

Our digital marketing agency uses technology to get insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. Data-driven insights allow us to make better decisions. Automation tools allow us to save time and resources. We personalize our campaigns, target specific audience segments, and deliver tailored messages that appeal to potential customers. Technology allows us to stay ahead of the competition, adapt to changing market dynamics, andunlock the full potential of digital marketing.

Do you want to share any successful campaign strategy?

There is a campaign strategy for the telecom industry.

The major countries were targeted.

Storyline creatives can be created for our customers. Some people face issues while travelling. This activity increases the customer engagement rate.

Creatives should be increased on all platforms.

We want to give our customers wide options to choose from.

In a 2:3 ratio, did influencer marketing. Our presence is boosted by that.

You can run different types of campaigns. We want to increase our sales by 70%.

Setting new targets for other campaigns is aided by the above activities.

Do you have any business challenges?

Scaling a business presents challenges and we have had our fair share. Planning and implementation of efficient processes are required to balance growth with quality. Project management skills are required to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction as we grow.
