Under the new organizational structure, Uneekor will operate under four business segments: Sales, Marketing, People and Culture. Uneekor will be able to focus more on customer needs and provide better and more efficient service as a result of the restructuring.
The new structure allows for the four business segments to work in tandem to streamline operations and increase transparency. The realignment will allow for more efficient communication and decision-making as we have added some incredibly talented members to our leadership team. We will drive profitable growth and achieve our objectives if we focus on our core competencies.
A professional golf instructor, a Director of Marketing for Callaway, a Vice President of Marketing and a Director of Operations have joined the Uneekor Leadership Team.
New hires and restructuring are expected to have a positive effect on Uneekor. Customers can expect quicker response times and better collaboration.
After the acquisition of EVNROLL Putters, the company made changes to its organizational structure. The company is expected to grow in its position as a leading manufacturer of golf simulators due to its commitment to innovation and market trends.
New Members to Uneekor’s Leadership Team:
Vice President Sales – Aaron Waltz
Aaron Waltz joined Uneekor on May 1, 2023 as the new Vice President of Sales. Aaron is a PGA Professional and a professional instructor with both Trine University and Ferris State University. The previous four years, he led the TrackMan US sales for Trackman Range solutions. Aaron will continue to work with everyone to build out our sales team in the coming period, to enable further growth and extend business opportunities in close cooperation with the growing Marketing team. Aaron lives in Michigan with his family.
Vice President of Marketing – Greg Sabella
Greg Sabella started on May 22, 2023 as the new Vice President of Marketing. Greg started his career with Callaway Golf where he spent 17 years in sales and marketing, including roles as Director of Marketing for Metal Woods and Odyssey Putters. Before joining Uneekor, he led Sales & Marketing for Blast Motion (Golf) in Carlsbad, California. Greg will lead Uneekor’s strategic efforts in Marketing, continue to build out the marketing team and work closely with the Sales team and other departments. Greg lives in Carlsbad, CA with his family.
Sr. Director of Marketing – Justin Meyers
Justin Meyers started on May 22, 2023 as the new Sr. Director of Marketing, working closely with Greg Sabella in the strategic direction of Marketing, leading the positioning and the branding initiatives for Uneekor. Justin, like Aaron Waltz, is a PGA Professional and started his career at the Pinehurst Country Club in North Carolina before moving over to Golf Genius where he held positions both in Sales and Marketing for the past seven years. Justin resides with his family in Virginia.
Sr. Manager of Marketing – Jacob Howes
Jacob joined Uneekor on May 17, 2023 as the new Sr. Manager of Marketing driving content marketing. Jacob had been with Golfzon for almost five years where he, amongst other things, developed and implemented all the content and marketing initiatives, especially around the PGA Show in Orlando. Jacob will remain in the Minneapolis area where he lives with his family.
Director of Operations – Shan Jiang
Shan joined Uneekor as the new Director of Operations on May 15, 2023, from a recent position with Amazon Fulfillment before a number of years with Anker Innovation. Shan will lead all the Operations initiatives, incl. Fulfillment, Supply Chain and Technical Support. Shan currently lives in the Seattle area with his family with plans to relocate to the Orange County area.
Director of People & Culture – Thomas B. Larsen
Thomas Larsen joined Uneekor April 3, 2023 as the new Director of People & Culture, leading all People and Culture initiatives, including communication, training and legal compliance. Thomas has a global manufacturing HR background of two decades, working in Europe as well as the United States. Thomas works out of the Uneekor HQ in Irvine, CA.
