There is a full-suite creative studio called MIK. A social media producer is needed to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building brand relevance, collaborating on social media campaigns, and staying up to date with emerging trends. You will help create MIK Studio's client social strategy, meet project management duties, and drive the design team to deliver assets on time. Audio, entertainment, and high-profile podcast clients will be included in your client roster. In order to be successful in this position, you should have experience as a social media producer, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media marketing. There are responsibilities.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement social media campaigns for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the digital and social media space.
  • Manage multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Identify, vet, and develop relationships with key talent and online influencers to build brand relevance.
  • Assist in the creation of MIK Studio’s client social strategy and execute social media campaigns and ‘always on’ contracts.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with current and new clients.
  • Stay current with social media trends, platforms, optimisations, pop culture news, and propose new executions for campaigns accordingly.
  • Manage project management duties, including briefing design and video where necessary, updating client WIPs, and providing regular status updates to all relevant stakeholders on current state of projects.
  • Drive the content and talent team to ensure timely delivery of required assets.
  • Manage external contractors and ensure relevant documentation is completed.
  • Assist on photoshoots, video shoots, and events, capturing BTS content and creating content where necessary.

There are requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven work experience as a social media coordinator/producer.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and Photoshop is helpful but not required.
  • Strong understanding of influencer and social media marketing, digital and social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches.

There are qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • A passion for social media and digital marketing.
