Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Strategy at PMR Records:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote PMR Records’ artists, releases, and live events.
    • Identify target audiences and create captivating campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, streaming platforms, and the label’s website.
    • Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, and tools to ensure PMR Records remains at the forefront of music promotion.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
    • Conceptualize and produce compelling multimedia content that aligns with the unique branding and artistic vision of PMR Records’ artists.

      Contribute to the creation of visually stunning and engaging content.

    • Curate and maintain an organized digital content library, ensuring easy accessibility for marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and optimize PMR Records’ social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and fan engagement.
    • Implement social media advertising campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions.
    • Analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and generate reports to track campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Audience Development at PMR Records:
    • Identify opportunities for audience growth and engagement through in-depth data analysis, market research, and an understanding of industry trends.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the fanbase of PMR Records’ artists and increase fan loyalty.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with existing fans, influencers, and music communities to create brand advocates and drive organic word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.
    • Analyze campaign results, audience demographics, and user behavior to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate performance insights and recommendations to PMR Records’ stakeholders.
Requirements
