While the first quarter of this year was not as strong as we would have liked it to be, we have seen a progressive increase in bookings over the past three months, with May being our strongest bookings month for Managed Services to date. The new opportunity pipeline hit an all-time high this month, which gives us optimism for the back half of the year. We are trying to increase our revenue base and decrease our customer concentration.
Bookings are a measure of all sales orders without any known or expected cancellation or refunds. Bookings are used by management to inform expectations of sales activity. It is not always an indicator of revenue for the quarter. Over the course of a nine-month period, revenues from Managed Services bookings are usually recognized.
