The social media manager is responsible for bringing the Brooklyn Brewery brand to life in line with the marketing vision and strategy across all social channels. The role will work with the US/HQ marketing team to define the strategy, create engaging content, and manage online communities in order to grow Brooklyn's presence. As they own and evolve our organic social content and approach, they will bring new tools, best practices, and creative suggestions to the table.

Brooklyn's social brand guardian is also the owner of the socials channel for HQ. They will create and execute the full socials lifecycle, which includes setting and telling the global strategy, building the content plan, creating best-in-class content, and ensuring Brooklyn's content is in line with marketing and sales goals. Responsibilities include social strategy and campaign building, day to day content generation and management, identifying social trends, and reporting performance. Our brand, products, and values will be communicated through this position.

Contribute to the amplification of brand reach and engagement.

Track and report Brooklyn Brewery's growth on all platforms.

Ensure Brooklyn Brewery remains competitive in the space by conducting social media audits and benchmarking against leading competitors.

Quarterly reports should be delivered to leadership and global teams.

Post- performance and audience response should be reviewed and evaluated.

New tools, developments, and practices should be proposed.

Trends in the beverage industry and beyond are monitored and assessed to see if they can translate into Brooklyn's social media plan.

There are qualifications.

A minimum of five years of professional social media experience is required.

1-2 years of working knowledge of professional-grade DSLR photography cameras.

There are a variety of social media platforms that you can work on.

There is in-depth knowledge of social media platforms.

Experience with scheduling software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for different social media platforms and target audiences.

There is an eye for design and aesthetic.

Experience with Adobe's creative suite and video and photo creation skills is required.

There is an experience with the light room.

Time management and organizational skills are excellent.

It's nice to have.

Budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring are some of the things that have experience managing social media advertising campaigns.

1-2 years of working knowledge of DSLR video cameras.

Experience with Final Cut Pro.
