What vertical markets do end- users hail from?

About 30% of our attendees were end users. Education end users made up 30 percent of the total, followed by consumer manufacturing and government/military. Attendees from Harvard, MIT, Disney, The Ritz-Carlton, and many other organizations came to the event.

The products and solutions shown at InfoComm are not for sale to end users. There can still be a bit of reticence on the part of some exhibitors to speak to end- users without their integrator present. Is there a recommendation on how end- users should approach the show?

The feedback we received was that they would love an "Ask the engineer" button that would give them immediate access to the R&D team member to discuss features. They know the product and have come to solve some pain points, so they are going to dive into the technical specifications immediately.

Signing up for a show floor tour is a great way for first-time end users to get to know other end users. The manufacturers have a lot of time to find the right person to speak to the group. The tours focus on the most popular solution areas at the show and give a great way to quickly find new technology.
