NVIDIA and Adobe Partner on New Generative AI Tools

As part of today's NVIDIA GTC conference, Adobe and NVIDIA announced a new partnership to co-developed a new generation of advanced generative artificial intelligence models with a focus on deep integration into applications and workflows used by content creators.

Some of these models will be brought to market through Adobe's Creative Cloud flagship products, as well as through the newNVIDIA Picasso cloud service for broad reach to third-party developers. Ensuring content transparency and Content Credentials powered by Adobe is one of the priorities of the partnership. Digital assets should be properlysourced and copy written.

Users can build and deploy generative artificial intelligence-powered image, video, and 3D applications with advanced text-to-image, text-to-video, and text-to- 3D features.

Scott Belsky, Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President, Design and Emerging Products, Adobe, said thatAdobe and NVIDIA have a long history of working closely together to advance the technology of creativity and marketing. We are excited to partner with them on ways that generative artificial intelligence can give our customers more creative options, speed their work, and help scale content production.

Greg Estes, VP, Corporate Marketing and Developer Programs, said thatrative artificial intelligence gives powerful new tools to empower unprecedented creativity. We will be able to bring the transformational capabilities of generative artificial intelligence to enterprises to help them explore more ideas to efficiently produce and scale incredible creative content.

Adobe introduced Adobe Firefly, the company's new family of creative generative artificial intelligence models, and the first model focused on the generation of images and text effects that are safe for commercial use. Firefly will bring even more power, speed, and ease to the Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Document Cloud, and Adobe Experience Cloud workflows.

High-quality assets will be generated and the performance of the models will be improved by hosting them on the Picasso platform. Firefly's focus is on the generation of images and text effects for novel use cases like type and popular workflows across Creative Cloud products. New generative artificial intelligence services are being developed by Adobe to assist in the creation of video and 3D assets and to help marketers scale and personalize content for digital experiences.

The Content Authenticity Initiative was founded by Adobe. People will be able to see when content is created or modified using generative artificial intelligence through Content Credentials that CAI adds to content at the point of capture, creation, edit, or generation. The CAI supports Content Credentials so that people can make informed decisions about the content they see.
