45% of survey respondents are interested in using social media software to engage in social media, and 42% are interested in using it to plan for social media.

The sample we chose was based on the following criteria: Australian resident, owner, executive manager, senior manager, or manager, working on the board of directors or in the marketing or administration department in a company present on social media, and responsible or frequently involved in the design or implementation.
