The Prince and Princess of Wales have shared two previously unseen photographs of Kate and her children.

The second image gives a glimpse into a special moment between mother and son, as Kate picks up Prince Louis, whose head is tipped back towards the camera.
Unlike many of the young royal family's previous snaps, which are usually taken by Kate herself, these two were taken by photographer Matt Porteous.
The family are dressed in casual clothes, with the weather looking like a perfect spring day, even though these previously undiscovered photos were taken on the same day as the family's christmas card photo.
Marking the first Mother's Day without his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles paid tribute to her with a picture of him as a child.
