This Redlands digital design company went small to snare big clients

When he was a web director for the software company, Joshua felt like a small fish in a big pond.

He noted that web-design companies hire top-notch people to work on multimillion dollar projects. Many of the projects went over budget and took a long time to complete.

Northcott left the big pond and created a smaller one.

Hounder is a seven person team that creates digital designs. As the company's co- founder and chief technology officer, Northcott works to keep the company's projects on time and within budget.

He said that they thought about stepping up to become the kind of company they were always looking for. That's what we did. At a time, we only take a few projects.

Potential customers are turned away by the hounder. The business has helped several technology players fine- tune their online operations.

The development side of the business is very advanced. A more personalized experience is created by us. We tell our clients that this is where they should be.

Everstream Analytics, a San Marcos-based company that provides risk scores and predictive insights into the world's supply chain industry, was one of the clients that needed help in updating its website and branding.

A spokeswoman for the company said that they engaged Hounder to redo their website. It wasn't designed to support translated content so we had to make it more global. It will ping messages in German if you are in that country.

The team of designers and developers made Everstream's website more appealing.

It was very simple before. They created a lot of movement and animation on the page that breathed as you scrolled, and now we have video on the website.

The idea was to bring life to a company's online presence while guiding prospective customers to the information they're looking for in an efficient, user friendly way.

He said that they created an experience, a journey and funneled them to where they wanted to go. Senior design developers are our sweetest spot.

It's paying off. The company is on track to make $2 million this year.

Design and implementation of websites and marketing systems in 12 countries and in 10 languages has been done by Hounder. According to Northcott, the company has helped increase clients' e- commerce revenues by 40%.

The company that provides safety certification and compliance testing turned to Hounder for assistance.

A project that highlights all of UL's services in one click was planned and implemented by Hounder and the marketing team.

They gave us actionable guidance for each page after evaluating 1,522Keywords and 1,113 pages. TheHounder made the complex easy to understand.
