There is a new benefit to the Edge for CATalyst support plan that provides recorded training content. The Edge plan gives users priority access to technical support, RealTeam collaborative editing, and 100 gigabytes of free Cloud backup storage. Access to the CATalyst Academy, an extensive and growing library of webinars, tips and tricks articles, will be added in March of 2023.
Training content was one of the top responses to how we could add value to Edge and CATalyst. We have been working hard to get this content to customers so they can use the already existing features within CATalyst. The Senior Product Manager of CATalyst and Case ViewNet said that they are excited to provide this plethora of information where you can find answers to many CATalyst questions.
There was a need for recorded training to be accessible to customers when it was most convenient. With the help of the CATalyst Academy, Edge customers will now receive over 150 hours of training content, as well as useful articles designed to help them understand how to get the most out of their Stenograph products.
