iMetal Resources Successfully Raises $1,094,133 Through Exercise of Warrants and Extends European Marketing

The Company is pleased to announce 5,470. The warrants were issued as a result of the public offering.

The President and CEO of iMetal Resources stated that he was extremely pleased to report a successful exercise of over 5 million share purchase warrants for the company. The warrant exercise clearly shows investor faith in the management and projects of the company.

Plans for the next phase of drilling at Ghost Mountain are still being finalized. The program is going to start soon.
