Midas Hospitality Hires Key Management for Newest Hotel

The Residence Inn by Marriott is one of the first new hotels to open in the area in 1990.

John Kudla has been named General Manager of the Residence Inn by Marriott, as well as the Director of Sales and Marketing. The hotel is expected to open in February of 2020.

Kudla will be in charge of all aspects of the hotel's daily operations and will also be in charge of the property's strategic business development.

Kudla has worked in the industry for over three decades. He was the General Manager at the first Residence Inn/Fairfield Inn dual hotel. Kudla used to work as a general manager at various hotels in Missouri. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University.

Havens is the Director of Sales and Marketing. She leads the hotel's sales team and is responsible for targeting regional business opportunities.

Havens has been in the sales business for more than a decade. She was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a luxury hotel. In the past, Havens met and exceeded revenue goals. She received her associates degree from Southern Illinois University.

The hotel is called the Residence Inn by Marriott. There is an outdoor terrace and bar at the hotel, as well as a 1,500- square-foot fitness center. Shaw Park isClayton's oldest and largest park. The property was built by the construction division of the company.
