The supporting characters in video games are often the most interesting and unique. They can be your allies, members of your party, a villain, and more.

There are non-playable characters in video games who help bring the story to life. Many people stand out in the game because of their first introductions. The best NPC's usually have great introductions.

Wheatley the spherical android as seen in Portal 2

After spending some time in a makeshift apartment room in Portal 2, the voice of actor and comedian Stephen Merchant calls out to you. An uneasy atmosphere, a sense of something being off, and then you open the door and see a spherical android that screams at the sight of you

It is both funny and shocking. It's shocking because you probably didn't expect to see a spherical android knocking at your door, and it's funny because Merchant tries to get you to open the door. As you prepare for an emergency, he tries to calm you as much as possible. There is no time for civil disputes.
