Canada’s Luxury Brand Moose Knuckles Announces Partnership With Prism Prize To Grant Canadian Artists Funding For Music Video Production

Funding for music videos is available to rising Canadian artists.

The Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television is partnering with Moose Knuckles to support up and coming Canadian artists.

Post Malone has a capsule collection with Canada's moose knuckle.

The new production support initiative aims to provide aid in the creation of high quality music video content to the Canadian hip hop and rap community.

Up to $35,000 in funding can be given to Canadian recording artists and directors at the annual Prism Prize.

"Moose Knuckles has always been a platform for young creatives and this grant is an extension of that." The partnership with the Prism Prize is a way for us to support local talent.

Jessie Reyez won the grand prize.

The Vice President of Programming and Awards for the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television stated that Canadian rappers are responsible for some of the most culturally significant music videos that they have ever seen.

We are excited to partner with a Canadian brand that shares our passion for fostering creativity to bring this program to our local community of recording artists.

The Canadian music industry did well in the year 2022. Year-end statistics are out.

The first round of funding applications will be accepted from February 10 to March 10. Music industry professionals, recording artists, and filmmakers will be part of the jury and selection committee.
