Citizen brings digital offerings under new dComm3 brand

Citizen Relations is launching a new brand called dComm3.

dComm3 is led by Crystalyn Stuart-Loayza, Citizen's chief digital officer. The goal is to bring more personalization, performance and dynamic content to the world of earned media.

Nick Cowling, Citizen's CEO, said that the company felt there was more to be done. Our new digital team is building an offering that will drive conversation, bring our campaigns to life online in a truly connected fashion and deliver performance like never before.

Arrivals+Departures nabs another client

Arrivals +Departures is the AOR for the North American business of Earth rated.

The Montreal-based pet brand is a purpose-driven and B Corp certified company. Arrivals+Departures will develop the brand's strategic and creative platforms, as well as work on omnichannel campaigns in Canada and the US.
