The Company has retained Simone Capital Corp. in the capacity. Simone Capital will use its database to engage with retail brokers, portfolio managers, analysts, and individual investors. Simone Capital is located in Toronto, Ontario and is owned and operated by Anthony Simone and Matthew Benedetto

Machai Capital is located in British Columbia and has been engaged by ACME. Machai Capital will be paid 15000 per month for six months.

ACME is a company focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing battery metal projects in partnership with leading technology and commodity companies. ACME has an option to acquire a 100 per cent interest in the projects located in Fish Lake Valley, Nevada, and in the southeastern part of Canada.
