How Has Meta Business Suite Changed in 2022?

Basic publishing, engagement, and reporting was supported by the platform when it was launched. Links to Business Manager, Ads Manager, Commerce Manager, and other Meta tools were provided to give marketers a wide range of management options.

The initial versions of Business Suite had serious limitations related to publishing and reporting. If you were a social media marketer, you had to use Meta's Creator Studio or the Facebook andInstagram apps.

Meta shifted creative tools from Creator Studio to Business Suite. If you have used Creator Studio recently, you might have seen a prompt that encourages you to use Business Suite.

Business Suite has always offered a more comprehensive set of marketing tools, but now it has a more comprehensive set of marketing tools. Business Suite can be used to schedule content, cross-post between accounts, manage cross-app messaging, and access advanced analytic tools.

Since Business Suite's initial launch, the processes for adding accounts, team members, and accessing linked tools haven't changed. Let's look at the platform's recently updated tools.

How to Publish and Schedule Social Media Content in Business Suite

Thanks to the addition of Creator Studio tools, Business Suite now has a wide range of creative options. There are new options for planning and scheduling.

#1: How to Cross-Post Content Between Instagram and Facebook

Business Suite is able to allow you to cross-post feed content from one account to another. You don't have to create separate posts for your images and videos to be published on Facebook and other social media sites.

Business Suite has a cross-posting option if you need it. The dashboard allows you to post the same content to both platforms at the same time, as well as give you scheduling options to help you use the style and tools for each channel.

The buttons for create post are located in the dashboard of the business suite. Pick where you want to publish the content from the drop-down menu. You can cross-post to any of your social media accounts.

The same content is published to each platform. If you want to have more control over how the content looks on each platform, you can switch to the Customize Post switch. Pick the time when you would like the post to be published or saved as a draft. There are different times for each channel.

Business Suite has additional tools for Facebook. If you choose to publish exclusively to your Facebook page, you can take advantage of Business Suite tools, which are designed to increase engagement on Facebook.

#2: How to Manage Posts, Stories, and More in the Content Tab

The renamed Content tab is where you can keep track of your published, scheduled, or drafted content. The posts and reels and stories tabs organize the content.

Social Media Marketing World

You can't attend many events as a small business marketer. You can get back into the game with an unbeatable conference experience and expert training at Social Media Marketing World.

You can save $640 if you act now. The sale ends Tuesday.

The post type and filter drop-down menus can be used to focus on what you want to see and not what you don't know. The chart's columns can be changed to make them more useful.

Basic metrics for posts, reels, and stories can be found on the published tab.

Unpublished content can be moved between the Scheduled and Drafts tabs, as well as deleted or rearranged.

Are you managing multiple accounts for businesses? Multiple accounts can be displayed on the Content tab at the same time. This option is useful for comparing campaigns.

#3: How to Preview Your Instagram Grid and Facebook

The Content tab can help you assess content status and basic metrics, but it doesn't give you an idea of how your content looks to followers. You can see your feed in action by going to the feed and grid tab.

You can scroll through your social media accounts at the same time. The grid option is what you'll see if you tap it. This interface only shows your main grid, not the Reels grid.

#4: How to Schedule and Publish Facebook Reels

Business Suite lacks short-form video support, which is one of the platform's biggest drawbacks. You can use Business Suite to make reels.

There is a catch. Business Suite allows Reels to only publish on Facebook. Business Suite doesn't have interactive stickers, filters, or other editing options so you'll need to create the content in a third-party app

Click the More tab from your Business Suite home tab if you want to create a reel. You can click one of the buttons on the dashboard. You can add a short-form video between 3 and 60 seconds in length.

In the Reel Details section, you can write a short caption and add a dash of fun. If you want viewers to do something after watching, this is a great place to put a call to action. Business Suite allows you to invite others to join you.

The last-minute edits can be completed by clicking next. Business Suite's editing tools are limited, but you can trim or crop the video.

If you want to change publishing options, click next.

Remixing for public reels is enabled by meta. If you want other creators to reuse your work, keep this option enabled. This option should be disabled if you don't want to allow it.

Save the reel as a draft or schedule it for future use. It helps if you save it as a draft. Content can be scheduled up to 75 days ahead of time in Business Suite.

#5: How to Add Royalty-Free Music to Reels With Sound Collection

Royalty-free music is available for reels. Hundreds of rights-cleared audio tracks can be found in the Business Suite. The options for Sound Collection will look the same if you have already accessed it.

You can access the audio tracks in Business Suite by opening the All Tools menu.

Look for a title or creator. The right track for your content can be found by choosing moods, tempos, and vocals.

You can save the file to your device by clicking the download arrow.

Business Suite doesn't allow you to add audio to Facebook reels. You can either save the tracks to a third-party video creation app or export the complete reel.

How to Manage Cross-App Engagement in Business Suite

Business Suite has an inbox. It's easier to engage with its updated management tools.

#6: How to Customize and Manage Instagram and Facebook Notifications

The Business Suite Notifications tab is where you can begin to manage engagement efficiently. Under the high priority heading, the platform highlights important notifications. Under the other notifications heading, it lists likes and other reactions.

It's easy to miss important notifications if you have a lot of engagement. The most important notifications can be found by clicking the filter button at the top of the page.

To highlight notifications that need to be followed up, select action needed. You can find engagement types by selecting Comments or Recommendations.

You can use the filter option if you have enabled the platform's message reminders feature. Business Suite gives you the ability to focus on notifications on social media.

Click the blue dot to the right of the individual item to check it off your to-do list. All outstanding notifications can be marked by clicking the envelope icon.

#7: How to Manage Comments and Messages From Instagram and Facebook via Inbox

The All Messages folder is where Business Suite automatically displays all comments and messages. Click on one of the dedicated tabs to find out more about a channel.

Business Suite has inbox management tools that you can use at the top of each tab. The Unread chip can be used to find and review new engagement. The Follow Up chip can be used if you tagged comments or messages for follow-up.

The Business Suite inbox can be used to organize engagement. Business Suite will tag users who book appointments with your buttons. To view one of the options, click the Labels chip.

Business Suite has an inbox assignment feature. If you want to view your messages or comments quickly, open the filter and select assigned.

The filter drop-down can be used to find closed conversations and reviews of email.

Do you want to clear your inbox quickly? The bulk review options can be found at the top of the inbox. You can archive multiple messages, mark them as read, assign them to a team member, or complete other actions if you choose.

How to Access Advanced Analytics in Business Suite

Business Suite has always been fairly basic in its data analysis. Business Suite insights are more robust now that Creator Studio metrics have been added. The Insights tab has a lot of information.

#8: How to See Benchmarking Insights for Instagram Profiles and Facebook Pages

The account benchmarking tab in Business Suite is similar to the Pages to Watch tool. You can use the Benchmarking tool to compare your Facebook page to similar businesses so you can see how it stacks up.

The former Pages to Watch tool has a number of differences with this tool. The benchmarking tool is less useful because Business Suite doesn't compare page engagement. It allows you to compare up to 100 businesses, which could be useful if you are in a large market.

Business Suite allows you to compare your social media accounts to similar businesses. Up to 100 businesses can be benchmarked against your account.

#9: How Track Instagram and Video Content Performance

Business Suite has been providing video post analytic tools. The platform supports Facebook reels on the Content tab. You can track advertising metrics here. The drop-down menu in the upper right can be used to choose the channels you want to watch.

Business Suite has a video performance tab that allows you to monitor the number of video minutes watched by your audience. The top performing videos are highlighted in this tab.

Do you want to know how your page compares to other businesses? The Video Benchmarking tab compares metrics such as 3-second video views, reactions, comments, and shares with other metrics. It's not possible to manually select businesses for benchmarking.

How does this type of content affect growth? The video audience tab shows your follower and non- follower growth rates.

Do you want to know how long your audience watches your video? The audience retention tab shows where your audience is coming from

The How Long People Are Watching chart can be used to understand when viewers tend to stop watching.

You can sort by total and average minutes watched by using the Video Retention tab. Business Suite breaks down the data so you can see what type of content works best for each category.

#10: How to See Facebook Messaging Insights

Check the Business Suite's Messaging Insights tab if your company or client uses messaging for leads and sales. Business Suite only supports Facebook messages.

You can see the number of conversations your team has started and the number of connections you have made via social media.

You can track your team's orders if you sell via Messenger.

Business Suite continues to evolve as Meta integrates tools. The platform's new creative, engagement, and reporting tools should make it easier for marketers to switch to Business Suite.
