Business Suite is able to allow you to cross-post feed content from one account to another. You don't have to create separate posts for your images and videos to be published on Facebook and other social media sites.

Business Suite has a cross-posting option if you need it. The dashboard allows you to post the same content to both platforms at the same time, as well as give you scheduling options to help you use the style and tools for each channel.

The buttons for create post are located in the dashboard of the business suite. Pick where you want to publish the content from the drop-down menu. You can cross-post to any of your social media accounts.

The same content is published to each platform. If you want to have more control over how the content looks on each platform, you can switch to the Customize Post switch. Pick the time when you would like the post to be published or saved as a draft. There are different times for each channel.

Business Suite lacks short-form video support, which is one of the platform's biggest drawbacks. You can use Business Suite to make reels.

There is a catch. Business Suite allows Reels to only publish on Facebook. Business Suite doesn't have interactive stickers, filters, or other editing options so you'll need to create the content in a third-party app

Click the More tab from your Business Suite home tab if you want to create a reel. You can click one of the buttons on the dashboard. You can add a short-form video between 3 and 60 seconds in length.

In the Reel Details section, you can write a short caption and add a dash of fun. If you want viewers to do something after watching, this is a great place to put a call to action. Business Suite allows you to invite others to join you.

The last-minute edits can be completed by clicking next. Business Suite's editing tools are limited, but you can trim or crop the video.

If you want to change publishing options, click next.

Remixing for public reels is enabled by meta. If you want other creators to reuse your work, keep this option enabled. This option should be disabled if you don't want to allow it.

Save the reel as a draft or schedule it for future use. It helps if you save it as a draft. Content can be scheduled up to 75 days ahead of time in Business Suite.

#5: How to Add Royalty-Free Music to Reels With Sound Collection

Royalty-free music is available for reels. Hundreds of rights-cleared audio tracks can be found in the Business Suite. The options for Sound Collection will look the same if you have already accessed it.

You can access the audio tracks in Business Suite by opening the All Tools menu.

#6: How to Customize and Manage Instagram and Facebook Notifications

The Business Suite Notifications tab is where you can begin to manage engagement efficiently. Under the high priority heading, the platform highlights important notifications. Under the other notifications heading, it lists likes and other reactions.

It's easy to miss important notifications if you have a lot of engagement. The most important notifications can be found by clicking the filter button at the top of the page.
