The female executive team of the brand continues to grow.

Callie Canfield has joined the company as chief brand officer. The company's brand and content strategy is grounded in its deep heritage and core values.

Canfield brings a lot of retail experience to the marketing team. She will lead efforts to build brand awareness and reach a wider customer base through public relations, social media, and creative strategy and execution.

Anthropologie Group, Gap Inc., and David's Bridal are some of the brands Canfield has expertise with. Canfield was the Head of Brand Marketing and Public Relations for Anthropologie Group and was responsible for driving awareness and introducing the brand to the next generation of consumers. Canfield oversaw brand and performance marketing at David's Bridal. She set up a social studio and re-launched the brand's social channels in order to get the attention of a younger demographic. She launched Anthropologie's wedding brand, BHLDN, growing their store footprint and driving double digit customer growth. Canfield was part of the original marketing team for the leading women's activewear brand, Athleta, during her time at Gap Inc.
