unifi Business launches new offerings to speed up local MSMEs’ digitalisation journey

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Malaysia will benefit from unifi's new business solutions bundle.

As the economy grows rapidly in the transition to endemicity, unifi's latest suite of solutions is targeted at fulfilling business needs in these key areas.

Unifi Cloud Storage, unifi eCommerce Hub and a cutting-edge cyber security solution are included in the internet bundle.

Businesses can use the unifi Cloud Storage solution to store valuable information in a safe and secure manner. Business productivity can be helped by features such as access for multiple users. Unifi Cloud Storage is hosted at a Green Data Centre certified facility so that businesses can focus on growing and being profitable.

The unifi eCommerce Hub solution is designed to connect and maximize growth opportunities by offering a single and integrated platform with an easy to use interface. Entrepreneurs can sync their offline and online sales channels, as well as manage product inventories and orders. Built-in online payment features and delivery partner services can be built into websites.

The cyber security solution is easy to deploy and straightforward to manage, so that Micro, Small and Medium Businesses can focus on generating revenue and growing their business, regardless of the firm's IT skill level.

The solution combines the simplicity of PC protection with special capabilities. It protects Windows, Mac PCs, laptops and Android devices, as well as Windows file server, with a "set and forget" security system.

Businesses pay bills and taxes online, and internet safety is a problem. It has built in vulnerability scanning to make sure the apps are safe. Businesses need to protect their intellectual property and trade secrets.

Over 300,000 businesses of all sizes and industries have been supported by UBC and it wants to continue to be the preferred digital partner for Micro, Small and Medium Businesses.

MSMEs play a vital role in Malaysia’s digital economy growth

According to the data from the Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM), the value of Malaysia's e- commerce increased by 22% to over one trillion ringgit in 2021.

The growth of Malaysia's digital economy will be boosted if more of the Micro, Small and Medium enterprises (MSMEss) make their products and services available online.

In order to stay competitive, the Micro, Small and Medium enterprises need to take advantage of the digital boom in order to navigate towards more sustainable growth.

The unifi Business consultant team is dedicated to serving Micro, Small and Medium Businesses. They are certified with the International Certification of Digital Literacy.

Yusman said that the multiple business solutions for Micro, Small and Medium enterprises reflect the group's support for the government's initiatives, such as the National Digital Network (JENDELA) and MyDIGITAL.

As the country moves to 5G technology, JENDELA is designed to provide a better broadband experience for the people.

The Malaysian government is going to deploy 5G under the single wholesale network model. It said that 5G would strengthen the group's fixed- mobile convergence proposition and digital services.

Measures and targets will be implemented in three phases over the course of 17 years. The 12th Malaysia Plan (12MP) and the shared prosperity vision 2030.

Unifi Business will continue to bridge the connectivity gap by offering innovative and high-quality products at affordable prices.
