Senior Thinkerbell executive, Josh Gurgiel, has been appointed to the newly created head of strategy position at POLY.

Gurgiel is a media and creative strategist. He was head of strategic client solutions for four years at oOh! He has worked in the media industry before.

Neil Ackland, chief content, marketing and creative officer, oOh! and CEO of POLY said, "Josh made an enormous impact during his previous time at oOh! and we are thrilled he is returning to the business."

I can't think of anyone better to lead this charge and head up our customer-facing efforts with brands and creative agencies.

Gurgiel will join oOh!'s marketing and creative leadership team after starting in the role.

Gurgiel said that recent advances in Out of Home meant there were more opportunities for advertisers to maximize creativity. POLY is a tool that helps marketers and agencies capture attention of audiences on the move. I am excited to lead strategy at POLY and push the boundaries of creativity for advertisers.

Alex is now a senior creative strategist. The creative strategy team reports to Gurgiel.

POLY works with marketing and agency partners to develop and enhance campaign ideas that demand consumers' attention when they're on the move.

POLY has a leadership team that includes, creative director, Peter Galmes, head of operations and creative, Tara Iwamoto, and production director, Richard Moore.
